Refunds and returns
Because every Art That Bites product is custom made-to-order specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. That said, your satisfaction is our priority — if there’s a quality issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
You can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective (printing errors, stitching issues, etc.)
- Incorrect (wrong design, wrong size, wrong color)
To request a replacement or refund, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of what went wrong. Once we’ve reviewed it, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund — your choice. You usually don’t need to ship the original item back unless we specifically ask.
Sizing: Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. Because items are custom made, we can’t accept returns for sizing issues unless the product was incorrectly produced. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if production hasn’t started yet. Once production begins, the order is final. Reach out via the Contact page if you need to cancel.
Shipping
All Art That Bites products are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Each piece is created just for you after you place your order — nothing sits in a warehouse — which means your order’s journey has two parts: production, then shipping.
Total delivery window: 10–14 business days from the day you place your order. This includes roughly 2–5 business days for production and 5–9 business days for shipping (US orders).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. International shipping is available — rates and delivery times vary by destination, and any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days, please get in touch via our contact page and we’ll sort it out.
