How long until I get my order?
Every Art That Bites product is custom made-to-order, so each piece is created specifically for you after you place your order. Total delivery time is typically 10–14 business days: 2–5 business days for production, plus 5–9 business days for shipping (US orders). You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We work hard to make our mockups accurate, but every screen calibrates color slightly differently, and printing introduces small natural variations. Colors will be very close but may differ slightly from what you see online. The artwork itself stays bold and vivid.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. See our Refunds Policy for full details.
Can I return or exchange a custom-made product?
Because every product is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse — but we will absolutely make it right if there’s a quality issue. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering, especially for wearables.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — international shipping is available. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, and any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that, your order is in production and we usually can’t make changes. Reach out via the Contact page as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify.
